CRM Marketer / E-mail Specialist

What is your role?

As a CRM Marketer/ E-mail Specialist, you will be fully responsible for our email marketing. You’ll work closely with the design team to ensure the emails align with the brand’s visual identity. In addition, you’ll collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure seamless alignment between the emails and the website.

Your role within the campaign team is essential, as this is where all marketing disciplines come together to deliver cohesive campaigns, such as promotional offers and product launches.

You will work from our office in ’s-Hertogenbosch and report directly to our Head of Performance Marketing.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and optimize the marketing automation strategy for all markets. You know how to send the right emails to the right audience based on customer behavior.
• Create and execute campaigns that are fully aligned with our marketing calendar, aiming to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Monitor and analyze email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates to assess campaign performance.
• Write compelling, brand-consistent email copy that drives action.
• Work with the design team to create visually engaging email templates that reinforce the message. It’s also a plus if you have basic skills in Figma.
  

Additional tasks:

• Prepare regular reports on the progress and results of email marketing activities.
• Explore additional opportunities to expand our CRM strategy, including SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, loyalty strategies and more. You’ll do this not just for the Netherlands, but also for Germany and the UK and more countries in the future
  

Who are you?

• You have at least 3 years of experience in CRM, including at least 1 year working with Klaviyo.
• You understand how to increase a customer’s lifetime value.
• You have strong copywriting skills, a creative mindset and experience with Figma is a plus.
• You are proactive and embrace challenges head-on.
• You are organized and know how to set the right priorities.
• You think big, take ownership and have a winning mentality.
• You are fluent in English. Dutch and/or German is a Plus.
